Hey, I'm Derek! I am a photographer based in Auckland, New Zealand.
I first picked up a camera as an 11-yr old, and after a brief hiatus whilst I completed my engineering degree, I have returned to photography with a renewed passion for telling stories via the medium of photography.
When I'm not working, I'm probably drinking coffee (actually I do that when I am working too...), hitting the gym, getting lost in a book or nature, or doing something musical!
